New for 2025 Individual Team Member Orientation

Most of the sessions are done one company at a time – as in the traditional sessions described above. Starting in 2025, we are offering a continuing program for new team members of client companies where we will have individuals from multiple companies on classes simultaneously.

Cost of this program is $1,499 per section per individual (1 & 2) or $2,998 for both. Client companies (Coaching Group members or monthly Joe or Bob clients) get the price of $999 per section or $1,998 for both.

This program will run for 5 weeks – section 1 and then the 5 weeks of section 2 – take 3 weeks off and then start again so that attendees can join at any stage of any section during the year and just stay in the program until all classes have been attended.

Classes commence on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 10 AM EST and each Friday thereafter at same time.

Live – In-Person New Client Orientation Sessions are Available

Live Orientation Programs for New Clients Only are offered once per quarter in Anderson, SC. Anderson is a 2-hour drive from Atlanta or Charlotte and a 30-to-40-minute drive from Greenville/Spartanburg, SC. Major airports are located in each of those three locations. These are reserved on a first come basis

These two-day programs are scheduled for January, April, July and October 2025. Specific dates will be determined by mutual convenience. We hold the sessions in a mid-level cost hotel very near I85 in Anderson within walking or short drive distances of restaurants and shopping.

The attending company can bring as many team members as reasonable to these sessions. Typically, we see 4 to 8 management team members at sessions. We like to have sales, construction, senior management (owners preferred) and pre-construction processes (at a minimum) represented. Travel expenses including sleeping room reservations are the responsibility of the client company.

The agenda for this program closely parallels the combined agendas of on-line sections 1 and 2. The cost of this program is $6,900 with a $3,900 deposit invoiced upon reservation and scheduling of the dates with the balance invoiced at completion of the program.
