This program is designed for field managers and their immediate managers (whatever that position may be entitled). If you build houses and work with the trades, you will find this class room experience filled with real world suggestions to make your job easier and your company more efficient.
All workshops start at 8:30 AM each day and end at 5 PM on day one and 3:00 PM on the last day of the program. SMA Inner Circle member price = $599 for first attendee.
