SMA P&E Workshop is a two-day, intense event. On day one, every participant is involved in a detailed conversation about best purchasing practices in terms of specifications, base house vs. option inclusions, trade contract scopes of work, and material supply agreements. Also on day one, we delve into the best practice pre-construction process, the purchase order system, and setting up a purchasing database to allow for easier estimating and whole house ordering.

All workshops start at 8:30 AM each day and end at 3:00 PM on the last day of the program. Price changes per attendee - $699 for first attendee, $599 for second from same company, and $549 for each aditional thereafter.
